Check-in: Check-in for Fairway Villa is at Royal Kuhio resort, 2240 Kuhio Ave, three blocks away. While checking in, parking is permitted at the front entrance of Royal Kuhio.
Any guest checking in at the Royal Kuhio after office hours (7pm-8am) for any of the Oahu resorts will get their keys from a lock box rather than from the security guards. It is very important to make sure that your correct contact information is on your reservation so the resort can provide you with important arrival information.
Parking: Parking instructions for Fairway Villa will be given at check-in. When checking in after hours, please review and follow the instructions enclosed in your arrival packet to avoid being towed.
Two Bedroom units: Accommodation in these units is a maximum of four (4) persons, regardless of age. Access will be denied for non-compliance. If alternate accommodations cannot be found, a $50 fee, per day, per person over the limit will be charged.
Studio Units: These units have a queen size murphy bed and a twin sleeper sofa.
Internet access: Internet is available in each unit for free.

- Resort Activities
Due to unexpected maintenance or other issues, there is always the possibility that the Recreation Areas may be closed or otherwise unavailable. Please see building signage for information as applicable.
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
After hours lockout fee: A $50.00 fee should you be locked out of your unit and require personnel to respond.
Room key replacement fee: $50.00
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
