After Hours Check-in: If you are going to be a late arrival - call the VI Resorts front desk at (808-669-4841) on the day of your arrival to get your lock box code.
Pool towels are not provided at the Kihei Kai Nani resort.
Registration:
From 9AM to 5PM: Please go to the onsite office to obtain your parking permit. Use the courtesy phone to register with VI staff and following their instructions to retrieve your unit keys in the lock-box.
From 5PM to 9AM: If you are going to be arriving after office hours, call the VI Resorts front desk at Valley Isle (808-669-4841) on the day of your arrival during their business hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm Fri-Sun: 8am-9pm) to get your lock box code.Air Conditioning: All units are equipped with single window air conditioning unit.
Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this resort. Only Service Animals are allowed.
Urban Setting: This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Kihei. Private residences and businesses surround the resort, which generate a high level of noise.
Internet access is available in each condominium.
Third-party Management: There are no VI personnel onsite at Kihei Kai Nani; concerns should be directed to the VI staff.

- Resort Activities
Resort activities and fees are subject to change at any time due to weather conditions, group sizes, interest and/or season. See resort for times and availability at check-in.
- Fees/Taxes
Fines: The following fines will be assessed for non-compliance.
Over-occupancy Policy: $50.00 per person, per night. Occupancy limits apply to all ages including infants.
No Pet Policy: $350.00. Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts.
No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
Fees
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season and charged at the current rate upon arrival.
Hawaii accommodation taxes will be increasing by 3% on 02/07/2022.
